We are looking for a versatile person interested in implementing 360 marketing activities for the B2B industry in the Fintech market. Advanced knowledge of English enabling efficient communication and creating marketing content is a sine qua non condition because the company operates on the global market and has an international team, and all materials are prepared in English.

Our expectations for Candidates:

  • Over 5 years of experience working in the marketing department for the B2B industry;
  • Excellent knowledge of English (min. C1);
  • Readiness to create product communication taking into account sales goals
  • Knowledge of e-marketing and the practical use of CMS, CRM and Google tools (Analytics, GAds, GSC) to verify the effectiveness of activities carried out ;
  • Efficient navigation of the new technologies market;
  • Ease in formulating a marketing message;
  • Creativity and searching for unique solutions;
  • Good understanding of B2B marketing best practices;
  • Very high independence and sense of responsibility for preparing content and activities;
  • Attention to detail, very good work organization, multitasking, commitment and willingness to learn new things, proactiveness in searching for new solutions.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the Fintech industry;
  • Independently running/managing projects and organizing events;

The tasks of the person in this position will include:

  • Setting communication directions for the subordinate brand ( in cooperation with BDM and Head of Marketing) and selection of communication channels and tools that will ensure the achievement of the set goal
  • Independent implementation of content marketing and PR activities - cooperation with media partners and clients - to build an expert image and organic acquisition of sales leads
  • Support in creating substantive content for media publications/ fair appearances in cooperation with the Sales and Business Development departments;
  • Developing the content of promotional/product materials for sales purposes;
  • Cooperation in planning and creating buildingsmarketing activities (cooperation with the media, campaigns, events);
  • Supervision of GAds and Linkedin Ads performance campaigns; use of paid media exposure and reach campaigns (banner campaigns);
  • Preparing reports on ongoing activities, including quarterly reports and an annual summary including an analysis of effects and conclusions along with recommendations for changes/taking new actions;
  • Planning offline activities to build relationships with customers (customer loyalty and acquiring new contacts);
  • Monitoring performance indicators such as traffic, engagement and conversions;
  • Using analytics to optimize your content strategy and make data-driven decisions.
