SE Ranking Analytics team is on a hunt for a Senior Marketing Analyst who loves working both independently and with a team. If you’re skilled in handling complex tasks and enjoy collaborating with others to solve challenges, we’d love for you to apply.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, with at least 1 year in a senior position.
• Deep knowledge of GA4 and GTM (Server Side is a must).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Good knowledge of Python.
• Extensive experience with Power BI and Looker Studio.
• Deep understanding of key marketing channels (Paid, Organic, Email).
• Experience in calculating advanced attribution models.
• Experience with Jira.
• At least an upper-intermediate level of English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Economics, or a similar field.

Will be a Plus:

• Job experience in a product company.
• Experience with Ads Data Hub.
• Understanding of consent management platforms.
• Knowledge of application analytics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate marketing campaigns and offer actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Improve marketing funnel conversion rates based on metrics, data analysis, and A/B test results.
• Automate analytics processes and create reports in Power BI based on marketing data models developed in collaboration with the Data Engineer.
• Continuously assess key marketing metrics and deliver insightful analyses.
• Help the PPC team monitor the quality and effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
• Design and implement an effective attribution model for the SaaS product.
