Boriviter Military School is a public non-profit organization that was created in April 2022 in response to the Russian military invasion.

We combine Ukrainian expertise, analytics and innovation to create defense solutions that keep Ukraine and Europe together one step ahead of threats.

We are looking for an experienced specialist who is ready to work at the intersection of project management, strategic development and coordination of partnerships in the field of defense initiatives. This role involves managing complex inter-organizational projects aimed at strengthening the capabilities of the security and defense sector of Ukraine.

Areas of responsibility:

• Planning of public organization projects;
• Project implementation and implementation of strategic initiatives;
• Coordination with the NGO team, external and international partners within the framework of projects aimed at strengthening the capabilities of the Defense Forces of Ukraine;
• Organization and coordination of the involvement of resources (personnel, equipment, materials) for the implementation of project tasks;
• Responsibility for the most complex or strategic projects of the organization;
• Supervision of the work of a group of others project managers;
• Monitoring and reporting on project results.

Key expectations:

• Experience in managing projects of varying complexity and intensity;
• Experience in the implementation of turnkey projects;
• Understanding the specifics of work in the military sphere and confident orientation in military topics;
• Ability to conduct negotiations and business correspondence skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Proficiency in English at level B2 or higher;
• Experience of service in the Defense Forces (will a significant advantage);
• High level of responsibility, self-organization and ability to work in a team;
• Readiness for business trips around Ukraine and abroad.
