As a leader in the industry, we expect the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to drive operational excellence for our organization by acting as a business partner for our Enterprise segment and managing a team of business partners that are aligned with sales and CX VPs and driving the execution of the annual plan within each segment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, finds excitement in creative and scalable problem solving, and has a bias for action and outcomes.This position reports into the Senior Director, Revenue Operations.Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToOversee the Sales Operations Business Partners, who owns the execution of the GTM plan within each of their segmentsManage the global New ARR forecast and retention forecastsOrchestrate the design and implementation of all aspects of the Go-To-Market plan for the aligned sales segment under the annual sales strategy planning cycle. This includes account segmentation, resource allocation, territory assignment, etcDrive forecast management excellence to ensure sustained, predictable growth across all business units, and own weekly forecast callsCreate executive-level presentations for both local and global leadership reviews; organize quarterly business reviewsOwn the operational rhythm of the business and drive the cadence into the Sales OrganizationOversee designated strategic programsBasic Qualifications8+ years experience in Sales/Revenue Operations processes (account assignment, policy questions, parent/child hierarchies)1+ years as a people managerExcellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex ideas/data into consumable insightsStrong communication and presentation skillsSolid understanding of the tech industry and the SaaS world and demonstrable knowledge and understanding of sales disciplinesSolid functional understanding of salesforce.com CRM; strong experience with creating and maintaining reports and dashboards (Tableau experience a plus)Commitment to see things through toward actionable outcomes and resultsFlexible team player, with a bias for actionAbility to balance sharp focus on measurable outcomes with deep and genuine empathy for people, customers, and the businessHigh-energy with a sense of humor, ability to work with a wide range of personalitiesThis is a hands-on position; the ideal candidate must be willing to “roll up one’s sleeves”The base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
