Requirements

Necessary experience:

• Higher education
• 3 years of experience working with Business Banking clients
• Honesty, integrity, purposefulness, responsibility, punctuality, stress resistance
• Ability to work in a team and the ability to learn quickly
• Proficiency in the state language
• Fluency in Microsoft office programs (word, excel) and power point presentation skills
• Possession of analytical abilities
• Ability to perform financial analysis of enterprises
• Knowledge of internal requirements for lending to Business Banking clients

What you will do:

• Participation in planning activities and development to ensure the achievement of KPI
• Control and support of regional branches, optimization of processes in order to increase their efficiency
• Protection of credit applications at the Bank's credit committee
• Preparation of analytical reports for guidelines for the credit direction
• Management of the quality of the credit portfolio of business clients
