Purpose of the position and priorities

Execution of direct duties of a management employee:

• responsibility for the incoming flow of credit applications to the Bank;  parameter risk;  /font>
• structuring of loan agreements according to approved GNI parameters;
• preparation and conduct of Credit Committees.< /li>

Requirements for a candidate for the position

Knowledge and skills:

• higher education in Banking, Finance or other economic direction . 
• preferred work experience in the banking sector; 
• experience in performing the functions of a credit manager and/or risk manager ;
• knowledge of basic principles:

- financial analysis of agricultural clients (including analysis of agricultural technologies and parameter risk); 

- legislative norms in the agricultural sphere (including Law on Agrarian Receipts); 

- specifics of work in the direction of credit administration. 

• foreign language: English, not lower than Pre Intermediate. 
• good organizational, communication and presentation skills.
