Position functions: Monitoring of market trends and activity of competitors. Participation in the formation of a trading strategy that takes into account market changes in Ukraine (50%) and the EU (50%). Evaluation of the effectiveness of the company's trading operations; Monitoring of legislative and regulatory changes in the energy sector of Ukraine. Analysis of the impact of regulatory changes on the financial indicators of the DTEK group; Preparation of analytical reports that evaluate the efficiency of business and individual operations, taking into account the acceptable level of risk; Participation in the preparation of management reporting, including weekly and monthly reports, and support in the process of developing a Business Plan; Development proposals for structuring the trading business, implementing internal control procedures and determining key business performance indicators; Ensuring effective interaction between trading and production divisions to maximize the overall effect at the group level; Interaction with international trading teams and a diversified Supervisory Board; Coordination of team work. Necessary skills and experience: Higher education; Work experience in the field of investment banking, consulting, corporate finance; High level of Excel and Power Point skills; Fluency in English and Ukrainian languages; Understanding of trends in the Ukrainian and European energy sector; Understanding of the interpretation of financial and management reporting.
