We are looking for a manager who is ready to be responsible for the selection and adaptation of personnel, involvement talents, has a balance of focus on business and people, understands the value of data and knows how to work with it.

Directly reporting: 1 recruitment and adaptation specialist.

Main tasks :

• Implementation of candidate search strategies, talent attraction;
• Full cycle of candidate search and selection from the validation of the search application from the customer to hiring the employee;
• Coordination of the process of adaptation of new employees;
• Coordination of employee retention and off-boarding processes;
• Management of analysts, reporting on processes in the area of ​​responsibility;
• Automation, optimization of processes in area of ​​responsibility;
• Participation in the projects of the Department of Personnel Management.

Our expectations:

• Experience from 2 years in the direction of selection and adaptation, knowledge of methods and techniques;
• Successful experience in direct search of candidates for any level of positions;
