Responsibilities: Ensuring effective internal communication and HR brand development. Creation and implementation of a communication and event plan for the year. Management communication flows, organization of surveys for company employees. Communication and facilitation with different categories of employees. Support of business processes with standard and timely communication. Effective management of the direction team. Requirements: Higher education in the field of journalism, marketing, PR, philology. 2+ years of experience in our position. in English at level B2 and above. The ability to communicate in writing in various styles. High level of communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
