Senior manager of development and leasing of industrial real estate in Bridzhtaun Servis, TOV

A large leading real estate management company needs a warehouse leasing manager. 

Responsibilities: leasing of commercial space (warehouses and offices); search and attraction of new tenants (cold calls); conducting negotiations, showing premises; formation of databases of potential customers and tenants; execution of lease agreements, supplementary agreements and terminations; work with current tenants, invoicing; work with receivables, control of payment receipts. 

Requirements: higher education, secondary technical education; at least 2 years of experience as a rental manager; ability to communicate and resolve conflict situations with tenants; diligence, stress resistance, responsibility, punctuality, competent and structured thinking; the skill of conducting negotiations, business presentations; professionalism in one's business, ability to work in a team; PC-confident user of MS Word, Exel, 1C 8.2; work experience in a shopping center, TC, shopping center is welcome.
