Basic requirements: Confident user of Excel; Good communication skills (ability to build a team, possible participation in negotiations with contractors and partners); Obov must have experience in online sales and team management experience; Deep understanding of the structure of the online store. Main tasks and goals: Management of the sales department of the online hardware store; Participation in planning, daily monitoring of the implementation of plans in the store as a whole and individually for managers; Training, motivation of the team; Reporting.
