You’ll report to the GM of Strategic Accounts and work alongside collaborative partners and dedicated colleagues working to grow Truepill and support our mission.The Senior Manager, Client Success is a highly-visible, client-facing role – building long-term, trusted relationships. This individual's responsibilities encompass the comprehensive management of assigned client relationships, with the key objectives of retaining current business, fostering deeper engagement, driving new revenue opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.Success in this position necessitates a profound grasp of Truepill’s business processes, product offering, value proposition and approach, coupled with the ability to effectively convey these principles to clients in order to improve client loyalty.
