Senior manager-analyst of the credit process in Smart Solutions

< strong style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal">Responsibilities:

• Analysis and assessment of credit processes in the organization, to determine areas for improvement and optimization, provision of recommendations, implementation of initiatives
• Analysis of compliance with legislation and internal policies
• Communication with teams for data collection and analysis
• Building and description of credit processes
• Identification of trends and ways of implementation
• Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI), preparation of reports, identification of problem areas
• Writing of business requirements and technical tasks for the development of the process of providing an online credit offer

Requirements:

• Economic education
• Proficiency in intermidiate English >
• Experience in credit operations of medium and small businesses, banking/financial services
• Experience in the direction of document development/building business processes
