We are looking for a person for the position of Senior Machine Learning Engineer for the RnD team implementing medical projects. Internal and commercial projects concern automatic and semi-automatic methods of image analysis (including CT and MRI, video), in the field of various medical issues, using the latest published and internally developed algorithms.

What do we expect from you? 

• higher technical education (PhD in computer science/statistics/mathematics will be an additional advantage),
• min. 3 years of experience in the field of ML,
• very good knowledge of visualization techniques, data exploration and analysis (especially numerical and image),
• knowledge in the field of statistics, mathematics,
< li> knowledge of machine learning (especially deep),
• very good knowledge of neural network architectures, including: CNN, UNet,
• good knowledge of the Python language,
• very good knowledge of image processing and analysis algorithms,
• ability to efficiently implement and verify literature methods, in particular regarding learning machine learning,
• understanding the advantages and disadvantages of algorithms based on machine learning and the ability to clearly and comprehensively present the developed solutions,
• independence, proactivity, openness to changes, communication skills, analytical thinking,
• ability to effectively organize work and time management,
• very good knowledge of English - min. C1.
