Requirements: —Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, orarelated field. Master’s degree preferred —Minimum of5years ofexperience insoftware development, with afocus onAItechnologies. —Proficiency inprogramming languages such as Python , with experience indevelopingAI frameworks and tools. —Solid understanding ofagent-based systems and their application inAIdevelopment. —Experience with indexing methodologies like Llama index and familiarity with optimizing them for performance. —Strong knowledge of LangChain , including Chain and Graph structures, and their implementation inAIsystems. —Experience with Python-based frameworks like DSPy for prompting foundation models. —Excellent problem-solving skills and ability towork inafast-paced, collaborative environment. —Strong communication skills and ability toeffectively convey technical concepts toboth technical and non-technical stakeholders. —Fluent inEnglish, both written and spoken.
