Senior Logistics Services Executive in Filip Morris Ukrayina*

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

You will be responsible for organizing the flow of marketing materials by monitoring and coordinating the work of logistics service providers, interacting with material suppliers, communicating with colleagues who coordinate the procurement and placement of Marketing materials.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Coordinate and control the work of the logistics service provider, which provides reception, placement, storage and dispatch of materials in accordance with the contract and applicable law, as well as internal standards and practices
• Plan, organize and coordinate all processes related to the transportation of goods. 
• Full support for internal customers in matters related to the Marketing materials flow and organization of the corresponding document flow.
• Reflecting of all materials movement in appropriate systems.
• Development and updating of internal systems related Marketing materials flow. 
• Analysis and improvement of processes to maximize the level of service at the optimal cost.
• Budgeting. Cost analysis, forecasting, work with document management

Requirements

College/University Degree in Logistics, Commerce, Economy. 
English: intermediate; Ukrainian: native.
Analytical skills. 
Ability to communicate with and lead diverse teams 
MS Office, SAP is additional advantage
