Tasks: ▪ Maintaining documentation on sales and warehouse balances, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of data; ▪ Organization of shipments of goods from the supplier to Amazon Prep centers, control over their delivery, work with lost deliveries, communication with Amazon (opening cases, refunds, etc.); ▪ Monitoring of metrics and operational corrective actions to ensure an effective chain of supply of goods to final points of sale (avoidance of outages in countries where trade takes place) ;▪ Coordination of the movement of goods between warehouses and ensuring correct registration in ERP (BAS, Odoo).▪ Analysis of sales dynamics and development of procurement forecasting strategies, calculation and planning of new orders;▪ Organization of regular inventories with own prep centers (3PL);▪ Interaction with suppliers, carriers and other stakeholders to ensure an effective logistics process; ▪ Performance of analytical tasks and participation in additional projects to launch new products. From you: ▪ Experience in the field of logistics using the Amazon site from 2 years (Logistic Specialist); ▪ Mastery of Excel at the expert level; ▪ Mastery of 1C 8.3 (BAS Trade Management) at the level of a confident user; ▪ Ability to freely navigate the Seller Central interface. ▪ Experience in creating different types of shipments: Amazon partner delivery, our delivery, pallets and boxes.▪ Understanding of shipment statuses and ability to effectively manage their status.▪ In-depth knowledge of Manage Inventory section structure and ability to use tools such as Manage FBA Inventory, Inventory Planning, and Manage FBA Shipments.▪ Excellent analytical and communication skills.▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep calm in stressful situations. ▪ Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks. ▪ Interest in improving processes and implementing new ideas in the work of the logistics department.
