Tasks: Keeping documentation of sales and warehouse balances, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data; Organization of shipments of goods from the supplier to Amazon Prep Centers, control over their delivery, work with lost deliveries, communication with Amazon (opening of cases, refunds, etc.); Monitoring of metrics and operational corrective actions to ensure an effective chain of supply of goods to final points of sale (avoidance of outages in countries where trade takes place); Coordination of movement goods between warehouses and ensuring correct registration in ERP (BAS, Odoo). Analysis of sales dynamics and development of purchase forecasting strategies, calculation and planning of new orders; Organization of regular inventories with own prep centers (3PL); Interaction with suppliers, carriers and other stakeholders to ensure an effective logistics process; Performance of analytical tasks and participation in additional projects to launch new products. From you: Work experience in the field of logistics using the Amazon website for 2 years or more (Logistic Specialist); Proficiency in Excel at the expert level; Proficiency in 1C 8.3 (BAS Trade management) at the level of a confident user; The ability to freely navigate the Seller Central interface. Experience in creating different types of shipments: Amazon partner delivery, our delivery, pallets and boxes. Understanding of shipment statuses and the ability to effectively manage their status. Deep knowledge of the structure of the Manage Inventory sections and ability to use tools such as Manage FBA Inventory, Inventory Planning and Manage FBA Shipments. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm in stressful situations. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks. Interest in process improvement and implementation new ideas in the work of the logistics department.
