Senior Legal Counsel for IT Project (Cyprus)(Part-time)

Dripify is a remote IT product company specializing in B2B lead generation and marketing. Our project is a web application designed for marketers, sales teams, and business owners, helping automate actions through LinkedIn and Email.

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Dripify, a leading B2B SaaS product company.

Responsibilities:
— Provide legal advice and support on all aspects of the SaaS business operations, with a focus on compliance with Cyprus jurisdiction and other relevant jurisdictions.
— Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including SaaS agreements, service agreements, partnership contracts, NDAs and more.
— Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, including deadlines, deliverables, and termination terms,
— Oversee the work of the company’s legal advisors in Cyprus who manage company maintenance and compliance activities
— Advise on the legal implications of new business strategies and initiatives.
— Manage and minimize legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.
— Handle corporate governance matters, including the restructuring, merging, and liquidation of entities as necessary
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR, finance, and operations, to support contract-related activities and resolve issues as they arise
— Assist in the development and implementation of internal employment processes, policies, and procedures;
— Provide strategic legal advice and guidance on all aspects of employment law, including but not limited to hiring, termination and workplace policies;
— Assist with GDPR compliance efforts and provide guidance and support on obtaining data security certifications (if necessary)

Requirements:
— Master’s Law degree
— Minimum of 4 years of legal experience, with a focus on SaaS or IT companies.
— Minimum of 3 years of experience in international law
— Extensive experience with Cyprus and Ukrainian jurisdictions.
— Experience with other major jurisdictions, such as Estonia, UAE, and offshore countries, is highly desirable.
— Proficiency in speaking and writing in English, at least at an upper-intermediate level.
— Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
— Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
— Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work conditions:

— 100% remote position.
— Part-time (hourly cooperation).
