Purpose of the role:
Legal support of the Group of companies and support for regulatory compliance; minimization of legal and regulatory risks, preparation of recommendations for business units and participation in interaction with government bodies.

Responsibilities:

• Legal support for commercial activities: analysis of initiatives in the field of marketing and sales, verification of documents for compliance with legislation, participation in their preparation and approval.
• Identification, assessment and minimization of legal risks; preparation of recommendations for business units, participation in negotiations and protection of the company's interests.
• Legal support for activities in the field of telecommunications: analysis and interpretation of relevant legislation, interaction with regulatory authorities (NKEK, UDCR, interoperator organizations, etc.).
• Interaction with state authorities on regulatory policy issues: preparation of legal positions, official letters, participation in working groups and consultations.
• Consideration of complaints and appeals of subscribers, preparation of legal opinions and answers.
• Monitoring of changes in legislation and timely informing of business units about new requirements and potential risks.
• Development, analysis and approval of internal regulatory documents of the company; advising units on the legality of third-party requests.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of law, economics, management or related specialties.
• From 3 years of experience in the field of regulatory relations, compliance or related areas; practical experience of interaction with regulatory bodies will be an advantage.
• Thorough knowledge of legislation in relevant areas and the ability to quickly navigate new legal issues.
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to find a balance between the legal position and business goals.
• Confident work with professional tools: LIGA:LAW, SAP, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English language proficiency not lower than Intermediate — sufficient for working with the English languagedocumentation, presentations and working communication.
