Senior legal adviser on contractual work in lifecell

Support of negotiations regarding the agreement of contract terms: Effective participation in negotiations both with external counterparties (residents and non-residents), and with internal initiators of processes and other attached functions in the company regarding the terms of contracts. 

Expert consulting: Providing advice on the life cycle of contracts: in the period from signing and execution to changing or terminating obligations. Advisory participation in the work of specialized specialists of the legal department in cases of out-of-court settlement of disputes under signed contracts in supported areas.

Optimization of processes: Initiation and implementation of changes to standard forms of contractual documents and developmentnew types of contracts according to business needs. Participating in the implementation of automation processes related to contract management and initiating changes that increase its efficiency.

We would like to see you have the following experience and qualities:

• Full higher education in law.
• From 4-5 years of experience in the field of legal business support, in particular experience in working with contracts (development, conclusion, maintenance, changes etc.); work experience in the telecommunications industry will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level and above; confident experience of working with English-language documents and international contracts.
• A confident user of MS Office; experience in SAP will be an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of Ukrainian legislation (civil, commercial, tax law).
• Understanding the principles of international private law and INCOTERMS rules.
• High level of attention to detail, ability to work effectively in multitasking mode, proactivity and result orientation.
