● Outline a research plan with a research goal and objectives, research questions, methodology breakdown, recruitment criteria, roadmap, and session scripts;
● Screen, recruit, and schedule qualitative and quantitative research participants;
● Competitor analysis as a feature walkthrough and prioritized benchmarking;

● Ability to work remotely both independently and in a team;
● Experience implementing User-Centered Design within a Disciplined Agile organization;
● Experience with primary and desk research methods to generate and evaluate product vision;
● Experience with user archetype, journey mapping, and information architecture research;
● Ability to identify and communicate research opportunities via participative action workshops with C-suite, PMs, developers, researchers, and designers;
● Upper-intermediate level of English, both spoken and written;
● Ability to overlap with the US business schedule to communicate with the US-located research participants and timely inform stakeholders on findings (in hours, not days). Nice To Haves
