The Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to refine and execute Scrambly’s overarching advertising strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
  • Lead the execution and management of large-scale media buying and user acquisition campaigns across diverse platforms including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Moloco, and Unity, other DSPs, emphasizing programmatic buying.
  • Direct the development and implementation of creative testing frameworks to continuously enhance ad performance.
  • Oversee a sophisticated attribution infrastructure using MMPs, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel , Mixpanel for precise campaign tracking and attribution.
  • Utilize data analytics to make informed strategic decisions, relentlessly optimizing user acquisition strategies to surpass ROI goals.
  • Manage significant advertising budgets, in excess of 150k USD monthly, ensuring efficient allocation for maximal impact.
  • Provide comprehensive reports and insights to the CEO and stakeholders, detailing campaign performance, ROI achievements, and actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Lead and mentor a small but talented team of UA professionals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

The Profile

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in media buying and app user acquisition, particularly within the gaming and app sectors, is required.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing large advertising budgets and delivering ROI-positive results.
  • Extensive knowledge in campaign tracking, creative optimization, and leveraging attribution models, with practical experience in MMP and programmatic advertising.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, adept at extracting meaningful insights from complex data sets to inform strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken (B1+), is mandatory.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for excellence.
  • High level of self-discipline, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
