We are looking for a Sales expert to implement fresh ideas in our strategy and increase sales figures.

Team

Head of Sales, 2 Sales specialists.

What you will do

Strategy — build and implement a sales strategy.

Market research and analytics — conduct regular market research to keep up with all local trends and customers’ needs.

Financial decisions — apply economic analyses to evaluate business opportunities, make strategic choices, and plan budget.

Selling — participate in the sales process from the first contact to contract conduction.

Relationship Management — establish relationships with industry influencers, customers, and key strategic partners.

Marketing — collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance the visibility and credibility of the product.

Management — lead your team, transfer knowledge, set tasks, and verify results.

Reporting — create regular reports to track and improve sales figures.

Knowledge and skills required

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Specialist or similar position in software development companies.
  • Experience in Software Sales or in other technical/engineering fields is a must.
  • Experience in leading small teams and management skills. Skill to set tasks and verify the results of their implementation.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to create strategic solutions and implement them to drive top-line results.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to speak the language of numbers.
  • Ability and readiness for business trips.
