We are currently looking forSenior/Lead Product Marketing Manager (Acquisition & Monetization) in MaxBeauty.
We are currently focusing on the development of the main product - a personal assistant for self-care, based on proven methods, experts and AI technologies.You will have a unique opportunity to join an experienced team, but an early-stage business that has already found unit economics, is scaling and there are still many opportunities for vertical growth. This role in the future provides for the possibility of growth to Head of Growth, expanding the area of responsibility and hiring a team, depending on the fulfillment of goals and the level of influence on the business.
??— Manage the planning and implementation of cross-functional projects in close collaboration with marketing, design and engineering teams
— Conduct competitive analysis and market research for the formation and validation of a user engagement strategy
– Responsible for the tactics of using marketing funnels and emails, improving the effectiveness of conversion and monetization tests
??— Develop, test and improve the user marketing journey based on a deep understanding of customer needs (jobs/pains/gains) and metrics
— Make key decisions based on analysis of user behavior, marketing and product metrics - and be accountable for results
What is important to us:
????— 3+ years of product IT experience in marketing or product areas, or 5+ years of commercial experience in other businesses that involved direct responsibility for business results (experience in FMCG/BIG-4/IB would be an added plus)
????— Previous achievements in roles with a fast pace of work, a high level of uncertainty and responsibility for the final result
??— Strong analytical skills, the ability to rely on data when making decisions, analyze large volumes of information and draw conclusions from it
— The ability to clearly express one's ideas, argue one's opinion and make one's own decisions
??— Creativity and ability to generate new ideas and hypotheses based on competitive analysis, own conclusions and business priorities, as well as willingness to experiment a lot
??— Excellent communication skills and work with quick feedback
??— English proficiency level Upper-Intermediate and above
?Will be a plus:
– Deep domain expertise in one or several areas: Growth, Marketing, Product, Analytics, Content. text-decoration">Experience in running and analyzing basic metricsfont-style: 400; none">????????– Experience with analytical tools (Tableau/Looker, Amplitude); SQL/Python a plus
