Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior PPC with the prospect of growth to Team Lead, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to achieve KPIs (primarily in the eCommerce area).

What will need to be done:

1. Work in a remote+office format (there is an office in Odessa);
2. Develop and improve the internal processes of the PPC department in Trendo;
3. Develop team skills through training (courses, webinars, conferences);
4. Achieve client KPIs through management of paid traffic channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and proactively solve all challenges that arise on the way to KPI achievement;
5. Engage in the search for growth points, proposing and testing hypotheses, conducting experiments and forming conclusions;
6. Work with Google Analytics (G4), GTM;
7. Communicate with the Account manager, Web analyst, help in creating reports;
8. Test new traffic sources.

Requirements:

• experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads more than 2 years >;
• analytical thinking;
• knowledge of the English language;
• experience with CRM;
• love Ukraine 💙💛
