Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior PPC with growth prospects to Team Lead, with strong analytical and problem solving skills and KPI achievement (primarily in the eCommerce field).

What will need to be done:

1. Work in a remote+office format (there is an office in Odessa);
2. Develop and improve the internal processes of the PPC department at Trendo;
3. Develop team skills through training (courses, webinars, conferences);
4. Achieve client KPIs through the management of paid traffic channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and proactively solve all challenges that arise on the way to KPI achievement;
5. Search for growth points, put forward and test hypotheses, conduct experiments and draw conclusions;
6. Work with Google Analytics (G4), GTM;
7. Communicate with the Account manager, Web analyst, help in creating reports;
8. Test new traffic sources.

Requirements:

• experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads more than 2 years ;
• analytical thinking;
• knowledge of the English language;
• experience with CRM;
• love Ukraine 💙💛
