Senior/Lead PHP developer (backend) in Lellex Inc

The main purpose of the position - development of the CRM system, connection of telephony, settings, refinement to the needs of the client. 

Main areas of responsibility:

• Development and design of software architecture.

• Code quality control. 

• Integration of projects.

• Documentation. 

• Leadership and cooperation.

What will be required do:

• Manage the technical aspects of web application development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. 

• Design, develop, and maintain PHP-based applications that meet project goals. 

• Use modern PHP frameworks and coding best practices to provide efficient and scalable solutions. 

• Write clean, well-documented, and high-quality code following industry best practices. 

• Collaborate with frontend developers, UX/UI designers and other team members to ensure seamless frontend and backend integration. 

• Actively propose innovative solutions to solve technical challenges and project requirements.

Musthave for a future colleague (qualification requirements):

Experience 5+ years of PHP and relational database experience.

Knowledge.

• understanding of OOR, SOLID, KISS principles; 

• basic understanding of CI/CD processes; 

• basic skills of working with unix systems; 

Experience with Joomla 3 will be a plus; 

Language. Fluency in Ukrainian and English (Intermediate, B1).
