We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of working in service companies oriented toward the Western market, with a strong focus on IT. Business-oriented hands-on manager to help continuously develop strategy and selling tools like Company site, presentations, sales decks, landing pages, ads, etc. They should possess proven experience in service promotion and a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Proficiency in utilizing professional SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Serpstat, Similarweb, Semrush, and ScreamingFrog is essential, along with advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager. Additionally, proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level or above is required for effective communication with international teams and clients

Must have:

• Successful experience working with service companies for the Western market, with IT as a priority
• Willingness to collaborate with business team and support them with needed materials
• Demonstrated examples of successful project promotion through SEO strategies
• Profound knowledge of search engine algorithms and key ranking factors
• Experience utilizing professional SEO services such as Ahrefs, Serpstat, Similarweb, Semrush, and ScreamingFrog
• Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
• Leadership and ownership qualities to drive improvements. People management experience will be a plus
• English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or above

Responsibilities:

• Execute and develop a company marketing strategy, actively work on sales tools to support business teams in client pursuing journey
• Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
• Independently manage SEO projects, including task distribution, monitoring, and quality control
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to optimize website content and improve search engine visibility
• Implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements
• Analyze user interaction metrics and devise strategies to enhance landing page conversions, focusing on usability optimization, conversion path adjustments, and snippet attractiveness improvement
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges and develop effective strategies to stay ahead of the market
• Collaborate with writers, link builders, developers, and designers to get the job done regarding new landing pages, content creation, and its promotion
