Senior/Lead Generative AI Data Scientist in EPAM

DESCRIPTION We are looking for a talented and experienced Data Scientist who will work on generative artificial intelligence solutions for various industries and areas of use. You will use your machine learning skills to solve non-trivial business problems for EPAM clients who want to use the latest advances in Data Science in machine learning by applying them to text, images, videos and other data. You will work with cross-functional teams of engineers, scientists, product managers, being a key part of the advancement of generative AI from idea to implementation. SKILLS 5+ years of experience in Data Science with the application of pre-development of generative models (LLMs, GANs, VAE, Diffusion models) Experience in Computer vision, Natural Language Processing problems, experience of working with multimodal data (images, texts, audio, other data) Experience of using Open AIGPTx, experience of retraining Experience of writing ready-made implementation code using best engineering practices Programming skills in Rython Skills of working with at least some common deep learning frameworks, such as Pytorch, Tensorflow, etc. Experience in optimizing the production of deep learning models training Experience of working with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) Excellent communication skills Knowledge of written and fluent English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2+) DUTIES To be a leader in generative AI and to determine for which business scenarios generative AI can be effectively applied Research, develop and prototype the latest approaches to generative AI , conduct usability evaluations, research existing research, implement and test it for real use cases Work closely with the ML engineering team at all stages (from research to implementation of generative AI) Collaborate with product managers and other business stakeholders to form a clear vision of the technology and its real capabilities Present your result to stakeholders and clearly communicate both the technical and business part of the solution.
