Our client, a fast-growing Silicon Valley product company , is seeking a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to join their dynamic team. Their innovative solution, an active user personalization system for subscription and engagement businesses, currently reaches a staggering 10 million viewers daily .
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the architect of their lead generation engine. You’ll leverage your expertise to identify and attract top-tier prospects in Western Europe and the Americas, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads for their SDRs.
Here’s a glimpse into what you’ll do:
- Develop and execute strategic lead generation campaigns across various channels
- Become a HubSpot master, ensuring data accuracy, lead enrichment, and a streamlined workflow
- Champion email deliverability by meticulously managing email outreach and warm up processes
- Craft compelling LinkedIn sequences and targeted ads to capture attention
- Integrate with the CRM using APIs and webhooks — tech-savviness is a must!
We’re looking for a superstar who possesses:
- A proven track record of generating high-quality leads in a B2B environment
- Extensive knowledge of HubSpot — certifications are a plus
- Keen business acumen for identifying ideal customer profiles
- Comfort and expertise in utilizing AI tools for lead generation (e.g., Clearbit, Gong)
- The ability to integrate CRMs with various platforms (API keys, webhooks)
- A meticulous and organized approach with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Experience with Lusha and SalesNav (Apollo to be transitioned to HubSpot)
- A passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve with new lead generation strategies

👩🏫 The hiring process:
- 10 min video screening through Video Ask
