We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our team. This role involves serving as the CFO of two key media business units: the agency's in-house digital marketing and brand marketing agencies. In this position, you will gain valuable experience of direct interaction with all aspects of the company's financial activities.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- Work experience from 3 years in Big-4 and from 4 years in consulting companies or large system companies;
- Understanding the principles of building management and accounting;
- Experience in preparing financial statements (BS, PL, CF);
- Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level or above;
- Ability to work with large amounts of data;
- Excellent MS skills Office, Google sheets.
Financial control over the execution of large sponsorship contracts (with various sports clubs and leagues, both local and international);
Operative response to non-standard operations (a sharp increase in individual costs, suspicious counterparties, etc.);
Control and verification of financial statements of companies for the correct display of expenses;
Calculation of royalties for the use of intangible assets (TM, logos), preparation of relevant documentation;
Interaction with banks (opening accounts, updating profile data, supporting international and local payments);
Verification of contracts with partners;
Preparation of responses to requests from regulatory bodies, partners, banks, brokers and auditors;
Formation of analyticsreporting on management requests;
Developing proposals for improving processes and implementing optimization initiatives.
