We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. This role requires previous experience in account management or customer service within the IT or related service business, along with exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail. Advanced English proficiency is essential for effective communication with clients and internal teams
Must have:
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and technology teams
Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management (big and small companies, projects)
Experience working in the IT industry, particularly in the outstaffing or outsourcing sector
Collaborative state of mind and an ability to mentor teammate account managers
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in English
Responsibilities:
Develop AM Strategy for the company, bring experience and guidance
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business needs and objectives and ensure they are met through our services
Collaborate with technical teams to identify new opportunities within client accounts and provide solutions that align with their goals
Identify opportunities for additional services that the company can offer to clients to enhance their experience and drive business growth
Provide regular internal updates and reports on account status, performance, and other relevant metrics to senior management
Ensure client satisfaction by conducting regular meetings, gathering feedback, and taking appropriate actions to continuously improve service delivery
Manage the company’s exposure process by working with platforms such as Clutch, GoodFirms, Behance, and collaborating with the sales team to gather referrals and case studies
Oversee out-of-the-box activities such as organizing customized gifts for New Year and other holidays using company resources, ensuring a memorable client experience
