We are a Ukrainian product IT company Galaktica, which creates and promotes its own online projects in the most solvent markets of the world: USA, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, EU. Our company, like our core product, is 4+ years old. This product is monetized and profitable, which allows us to grow and develop employees, scale and invest in new internal startups.

Now we have decided to strengthen our legal team. department with an experienced Senior Lawyer who is motivated to develop his hard skills in the most sought-after and highly paid legal matters. And also with which we will continue to scale the company to a large IT holding.

Field of work for this position:
International corporate law - 50%, commercial - 10%, contractual work - 10%, digital - 10% , tax - 10%, commercial law - 10%.

It will be a strong plus if you have:

• CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM or other certifications;
• Experience with MLRO;
• Experience in venture investment, startup law;
• You have the basics of the law of England and Wales;
• Expertise in the field of consumer rights protection and data protection in the USA and the EU;
• Awareness of the following regulatory acts and mechanisms: FTC Act, ROSCA, CAN-SPAM ACT, GDPR, PCI DSS, etc. regulatory acts that may apply to companies in the TIER1 market;
• Competence in the principles of operation of Visa and MasterCard international payment systems.
