We are expanding our dream team and are looking for Senior L&D Specialist. Your future tasks: support of existing and development of new hard and soft skills programs at the internal university ;

💪 Your skills:

• experience work in the position of Learning and Development Specialist from 3 years;
• experience in creating and managing L&D projects from 0: training programs for hard & soft skills, training programs for managers, organization of a university within the company;
• experience in creating educational content from 0 (courses, trainings, educational videos, guides, checklists, presentations, feedback questionnaires, etc.);
• knowledge of digital tools for training and the ability to apply them;
• ability to work with training requests , identify customer needs and formulate learning objectives;
• ability to analyze data, identify trends and draw sound conclusions for improvement;
• training programs and processes;
• mastery of LMS -systems, PowerPoint, Excel, tools for interaction and engagement: Miro and others;
• developed soft skills: proactivity, communication skills, flexibility, ability to adapt to changes, organizational skills, public speaking, critical thinking, ability to make decisions quickly, the ability to analyze from the "helicopter view" position;
• English from B1 Intermediate.

🤞 Desirable, but not critical:

• experience working in IT;
• experience in conducting training activities and facilitation.
