We are in the process of rewriting our internal systems to better analyze engagement metrics and ultimately make automated decisions. This role offers the opportunity to work on interesting and complex projects using technologies such as Java, Spring, Hibernate and QueryDSL. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain backend services mainly using Java, Spring and Hibernate. Work on a user engagement monitoring system for improving its performance and scalability. Implement new features and enhancements to support automated decision-making based on user engagement metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate systems. Write efficient, maintainable code following best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional Java development experience. Experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks. Knowledge of SQL; experience with QueryDSL is a plus, but not required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Fluency in EnglishDesirable:Experience in a marketing technology environment.Knowledge of AWS or other cloud services.
