Responsibilities:

• Write clean, maintainable, test-covered code and work with our product team.
• Do strong code reviews, ensuring not only best practices and business rules, but also performance, security, and impact on other features, and always with respectful and constructive communication.
• Be a technical subject matter expert and share your expertise with a growing team of engineers.
• Continuously raise our standard of engineering excellence by implementing and driving best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

What you bring:

• Advanced knowledge of core Java (6+ years), including but not limited to multi-threading, memory management, and web services.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Practical experience in using different DBMSs, such as key-value and relational databases, especially PostgreSQL and Redis, to store and fetch a large amount of data at scale.
• Proven experience with microservices.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with message brokers like Kafka/RabbitMQ, JSON/ProtoBuf.
• Experience in writing UnitTest and Integration tests, covering based on coverage reports and business cases.
• Excellent team player with a creative, self-motivated, and positive attitude, able to work independently with customers to help resolve complex product issues.
• Experience with Agile development of distributed services, with a focus on robust software design, scalability and security.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Solid practical opinion of best practices, design patterns, and architectural approaches.
