Senior Java Engineer in Jito

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in fintech products and a strong background in software development. The ideal candidate will lead the development of our payment solutions for SaaS platforms, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of payment solutions for our SaaS platform
• Architect micro-services for high performance and scalability
• Design secure APIs and implement data storage, streaming, and caching solutions
• Document technical architecture and coding standards
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure maintainable code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical interviews

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• experience in Fintech products or Financial Software Development
• Expertise in Java & Spring Boot
• Strong knowledge of micro-services architecture and API design
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, Redis, MQ, Kafka
• Ability to draw and document technical architecture
• Experience with major payment platforms like Stripe, Adyen, or Airwallex (Nice to have)
• Solid skills in a second technology stack such as Python or Node (Nice to have)
• Experience in interviewing Engineers and spotting talents (Nice to have)
