Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5 or more years of experience with Java, Kotlin, Spring (Boot, JPA, REST, Security)
• 5 or more years of experience with SQL, preferably PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of web services (REST) APIs
• Familiarity with DevOps culture on AWS, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment
• High problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
• Ability to work in rapidly changing conditions, identifying and mitigating obstacles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team player with a collaborative approach
• Ability to understand and reflect customer needs to add value to the organisation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in banking or financial sectors
• Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and microservices architecture
• Practice in monitoring, profiling, and optimising production systems
• Leadership skills, including efficient teamwork, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in English
