As an individual, you’ll need to be business-oriented, take ownership, drive initiatives forward, and suggest and incorporate improvements in all areas.CUSTOMEROne of our clients is the leading provider of managed Enterprise Testing Cloud deployed behind the corporate firewall.PROJECTThe product supports different testing frameworks, is easy to deploy, and scalable, and is designed to keep data secure right within the infrastructure.REQUIREMENTSProficient in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices with at least 5 years of professional experienceExperience with relational and non-relational databases, as well as SQLFamiliarity with data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design (OOD)Understanding of Git, CI/CD tools, and DockerExperience with AWS or any other Cloud providerAgile (Scrum) methodology knowledgeStrong analytical and logical skills with a knack for troubleshooting and root-cause analysisExcellent communication skills, collaborating effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clientsAt least an Upper-Intermediate+ level of EnglishDemonstrates intelligence, responsibility, and self-motivationWould be a plus:Experience in Front-End Development using TypeScript/JavaScript frameworksAwareness of the Healthcare projects domainExperience with presales activitiesRESPONSIBILITIESDesign, implement, test, and support Java applications, prioritizing scalability and reliabilityDefine project requirements, plan timelines, and create technical specifications to align with business goalsFollow design principles and coding standards and facilitate architectural discussions to ensure alignment with business goalsTake ownership of project deliverables and promptly address any issues that arise to maintain project momentumParticipate in pre-sales activities, leveraging technical expertise to support business development effortsDevelop Proposals and POCs to demonstrate technical solutions and address customer needsFoster strong communication and collaboration with clients, ensuring their needs are met and reflected in project deliverablesDrive team efforts, promote effective collaboration, and support the professional growth of team members
