Senior Java Developer in Traffic Market

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team at Traffic Market to work in a hybrid format (ONLY): 3 days from the office, 2 days remotely.

Requirements:

∙ Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as a Java Developer.
∙ Proficient in Java and related technologies.
∙ Strong experience with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL.
∙ Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and principles.
∙ Experience with Spring framework, Apache Kafka, Redis.
∙ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
∙ Agile development experience.
∙ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
∙ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
∙ Experience of test writing.

Will be a plus:

∙ Experience of work in AdTech domain.
∙ Experience of work with Clickhouse.
∙ Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities:

∙ Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable Java applications.
∙ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and specifications for new features.
∙ Support, optimize, and upgrade existing systems to ensure their reliability and efficiency.
∙ Work with databases, including designing schemas, writing complex queries, and optimizing database performance.
∙ Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, and providing constructive feedback to team members.
∙ Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
