The Team & Your Role
You will work in a growing and evolving IT Recruitment team (almost 30 people) that consists of recruiters, sourcers, and recruitment operations specialists who help us move towards a data-driven approach.
We work on a big number of positions with different technical stacks, so you will strengthen your skills as a versatile professional.
Though we work from home, we stay in close communication with the team: run daily meetings, perform knowledge-sharing events, training, and team buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Actively source top talent for open IT positions across diverse technical specializations, leveraging a variety of channels.
- Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and other techniques, to efficiently identify qualified candidates.
- Build a robust talent pipeline that consistently fills the hiring needs of the organization.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on IT talent trends and proactively build relationships with potential candidates.
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to gain a deep understanding of current and future IT talent needs.
- Collaborate in defining effective search strategies that attract top talent aligned with job requirements.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and candidate profiles thoroughly to ensure a high level of fit with job descriptions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to manage the sourcing workflow and optimize candidate communication.
- Analyze sourcing metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and demonstrate the impact of sourcing efforts.
- Share best practices and knowledge with junior sourcers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment within the team.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs, upskilling the sourcing team on new technologies and techniques.
