Requirements:
​​​​​​​— Desire and motivation to develop in IT recruiting;
​​​​​​​— Two years of experience in an IT Researcher position;
— English from Upper — intermediate (work in an international team);
— Negotiation skills and of work with objections;
— Knowledge of programming technology differences;
— Ability to learn quickly, multitasking performance;
— Diligence, proactivity, and responsibility

Will be a plus:
— Practical sales experience — will be a big advantage
— Previous experience with foreign markets (Europe, Latin America)

Responsibilities:
— Active participation in the closing of IT positions;
— Building relationships with candidates, keep in touch with potential candidates via e-mail, Skype, LinkedIn, etc.;
— Active Search: x-Ray, Boolean, etc.;
— Reporting on the recruitment process: assistance in the preparation of weekly reports on vacancy status for the clients;
— Maintenance of candidate base;
— Market research.
