Responsibilities: — Active participation in the closing of IT positions;
— Building relationships with candidates, keep in touch with potential candidates via e-mail, Skype, LinkedIn, etc.;
— Active Search: x-Ray, Boolean, etc.;
— Reporting on the recruitment process: assistance in the preparation of weekly reports on vacancy status for the clients;
— Maintenance of candidate base;
— Market research.
