Your duties:
• search and selection of relevant candidates using various resources;
• full the recruitment cycle from the initial interview to the exit of a specialist to the project;
• development and implementation of a candidate search strategy;
• work with ATS, analytical dashboards, automation tools;
• network expansion and creation of talent pools of candidates, headhunting.
Expectations from you:
• 3+ years of experience in the position of Recruiter;
• experience work on the markets of EU countries.
• work on objections of candidates;
• HeadHunting experience;
• ability to work with various sources of searching for specialists;
• English is not lower than Upper Intermediate.
It will be a plus:
• experience of international recruitment in EU countries;
• the ability to work on 3-5 vacancies in parallel.
