We are looking for a new recruiter for our young and ambitious team with experience in closing vacancies in EU countries

Responsibilities:

• Searching for relevant candidates for open vacancies;

• Closing IT vacancies;

• Full cycle of the recruitment funnel: from the formation of a candidate's portrait to conducting interviews;

• Compiling job descriptions and their subsequent publication on various sites;

• Ability to build relationships with candidates, maintain contact with potential candidates.

• Head Hunting experience;

• Possession of modern methods of search and recruitment;

• Ability to prioritize and close vacancies on time.
