DL SOLUTION is a national FMCG distributor. Provides comprehensive services in the field of distribution and logistics and ensures the supply of goods in the categories of food and non-food. The distribution portfolio consists of tobacco products, tobacco-containing products for electronic heating, IQOS and Glo tobacco heating systems, electronic cigarettes and non-alcoholic products, lighters, matches and other products of the cash register area.  

We are looking for a Senior IT Project manager AI. We are considering candidates throughout Ukraine (remote work or hybrid schedule). Join too:

Main tasks:

• Organizing the work of the team, controlling deadlines and quality of tasks
• Managing resources and project budget.
• Interaction with business stakeholders and coordination of the implementation of solutions.
• Control over the strategy of the development of AI products.

Mandatory requirements for the candidate:

• Higher technical education

• Minimum 3 years of PM experience in software development

• Minimum 2 projects brought to production launch

• Understanding technology at the architecture level (not necessarily writing code)
• Skills communicate in the language of developers (API, latency, concurrent connections)
• Ability to assess technical risks independently
• Understanding AI/ML specifics (STT, LLM, TTS, RAG)
• Experience with real-time systems (preferably telephony/WebRTC)

• Experience working with teams 3-7 people

• Proven delivery - the ability to complete projects on time and on budget

• Focus on the result and execution discipline

• Ability to decompose the project into specific tasks with deadlines

• Experience working with tight deadlines

• Tracking progress - daily control execution

• Ability to predict deadlines and adhere to them

• Experience of Agile/Scrum practices (sprints, daily standups)

• Ability to draw up a realistic roadmap and adhere to it

• Task prioritization - understanding what to do now, what to do next

• Experience of working in small teams with limited resources

• Understanding software architecture at the level of: API, databases, integrations

• Understanding what is backend, frontend, deployment

• Understanding the business value of each task

• Ability to justify decisions through business metrics

• Scope management - when to say "no" to additional features

• Orientation on ROI and efficiency

Desired requirements for the candidate:

• Projects with integration of third-party services (API, cloud services)
• Experience with B2B automation or CRM/ERP integrations

• Understanding the principles of telephony/call centers (will be a plus)

• Experience in cost estimation and budgeting

• Familiarity with Jira/Azure DevOps or similar

• Experience in drafting technical specifications

• Understanding DevOps basics (deployment, CI/CD)

• Experience in product companies (not outsourced)

• Startup experience - fast pace, limited resources

• Clear communication - oral and written in Ukrainian

• Ability to coordinate the work of BA + 2 Dev without conflicts

• Proactivity - do not wait for problems, warn them

• Ability to make decisions quickly in conditions of uncertainty
