Senior IT PM in EZdorovya

eZdorovya is an IT enterprise that is responsible for the development and implementation of the largest electronic healthcare system projects in Ukraine. IT services for intermedicine and opportunities for interaction with the central eHealth database. In connection with the expansion, we are increasing the PMO eZdorovya team. Senior IT PMO Responsibilities Manage IT projects related to the development of eHealth, which will include: preparation, maintenance and updating of project plans/roadmaps, resource plans, budget plans, communication plans, risk/stakeholder matrices and other documents related to project management; constant monitoring of the roadmap of project delivery statuses; establishment of effective communication with internal and external stakeholders: the project team, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the National Health Service, the Ministry of Digital, donor organizations, software suppliers, others; management of software development; preparation of periodic reports ; schedule management; requirements management; budget management; risk management and changes; team motivation and environment provision for effective project delivery. Necessary skills Project management experience in the development of enterprise software products and software implementation on the customer/developer side from 3-4 years. Experience in managing a technical team from 10 people. Knowledge of PRINCE2, PMBoK standards is necessary. The level of English is upper-intermediate. Knowledge of the practical skills of working with the full SDLC cycle. Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall. Experience with T&M and Fixed Price contracts. Practical experience in using management tools projects (JIRA, Confluence, MSProject, etc.).
