JOB DUTIES
- Provide technical and software support of IT systems;
- Receive and process requests from users by phone and in the system Service Desk;
- Maintenance of user workplaces, cash register area, accompanying peripheral and trade equipment;
- Provision of methodical and technical and consulting assistance to employees of the Center;
- Identification errors of users, software, work on their elimination;
- Support of server, switching and telephone equipment;
- Keeping records of equipment, software;
- Backup of data ;
- Implementation of antivirus protection of workstations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Microsoft technologies (Windows 7-11 , Windows Server 2012-2022, AD, GPO, File server, Office365, SQL)
- DB (MSSQL, MySQL)
- Service Desk
- Monitoring systems ( Zabbix, etc.)
- Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Unix systems (iOS, Android, Linux)
- Automation tools (Bash, PowerShell , CMD)
- Network equipment, technologies and services (wifi, telephony, OSI model)
