Job Description
As a Senior IT Engineer in Application and Endpoint Management, you will be called to manage SaaS applications, work with system owners to define best practices and procedures governing the management of those applications and also manage the company's collaboration and communication suite. You will be part of a dynamic international team and will be called to participate in the selection, deployment and management of applications together with other stakeholders.

- Holder of a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Proven technical experience in managing applications and computer systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS operations, software engineering, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration is required (certification is a plus).
- Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (certification is a plus).
- Hands-on experience on Slack administration is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Knowledge of Web Services and programming languages like Python, JSON required.
- Working knowledge of IT service, change and problem management (ITIL Foundation is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
