• Higher education - computer science or related
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in designing IT systems
• Knowledge of various patterns design and architectural styles
• Knowledge of current trends, standards and IT solutions
• Good knowledge of notations and tools for architecture modeling (UML, BPMN, Confluence, Enterprise Architect)
< li> Knowledge of English sufficient to enable free communication
• Very good work organization
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with various groups of recipients
• Independence and initiative in action
• Ability to think analytically, quickly draw and concisely formulate conclusions and solve complex problems
